2. Add your personalized message in the boxes match to the items you selected.(Please leave the boxes blank for items that not in your option)
You can find the designs and fonts for the items in the second image of this listing.
3. Before submitting the order, double check to ensure that the shipping address is correct. It is VERY IMPORTANT to double check the names and dates you submit to us.
We do not accept returns for any typing mistake, as it is a custom one of a kind product; unless the error was made on our end.

Our standard processing time is 4 to 6 business days.
========== Shipping ==========
You will receive an update once the order has shipped along with a tracking number.
Standard shipping:
Generally buyers from United States will receive their order 7-12 business days from the date order.
Shipping to United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany will take about 6-10 business days
Shipping to the rest of the world takes about 10-20 business days.
Rush order & Express Shipping:
We will rush for those orders free with express shipping.
Generally you will receive your order within one week with express shipping.
========== Cancel & Returns ==========
Once the item is engraved, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
We don't accept cancellations after 24 hours from order.
We are unable to accept returns or refund the order as each gift is custom engraved.
If your item arrives damaged, simply return the unused watch in its original unbroken packaging within 10 days of receipt for a refund. (Shipping fees not included)
For the wood gifts are handcrafted from natural wood. There may be a slight variation in shade of wood (lighter or darker) from photos.
